You know something is wrong with your child and when the doctor says that it's Asperger Syndrome...you feel the life leaving your body. You are never prepared for that news. I certainly was not. The first thing you do is to search for Asperger treatments that are available. Sadly, there is no cure for AS yet there are some real treatments. Early intervention is an absolute must.
