Ok, so there is no dearth of biriyani recipes on the internet. Then why bother posting yet another one? I am one of those women who have tried umpteen recipes pulled up from you tube and other cooking websites. I have yet to find a biriyani recipe that is both quick and delicious. So I decided to post one that my mom gave me with some modifications over the years. I think I have it down pat finally!
