When I say "Freeloading", that is of course, sarcasm, only a small percentage of those drawing welfare are actually freeloading although Conservatives would have you believe it is 100%. They, the Conservatives, would also, again falsly, have you believe that almost all of our non-defense dollars go to these freeloading welfare recipients.
