With the United States Postal Service cutting back their services in mid-May of 2012, one has to wonder how much further the quality of their provided services will deteriorate. As it is now, they lose approximately one out of every 20 packages either sent or received by me. Simply gone. They offer no resolution or guarantee unless you double the cost of shipping by buying insurance with them.
