The first time I read in the newspaper that Tuna contain high mercury content and so should be avoided,I was so scared because I always had Tuna salad and sandwich. Unfortunately, I had to swap my Tuna for other type of fishes because I wasn’t going to take any chances at all especially looking at the side effects of mercury poisoning to the body.
