The disciples or pupils or learners of the Lord Jesus Christ were 1st called Christians (i.e., followers of Christ) in the city of Antioch (a place in Syria). Christians ought to be pure, holy and blameless, "in" and through/by Christ Jesus- our Lord (I Corinthians 1:30; Phil. 3:9)! Moreover, everyone, everybody and everything must be captivated, subdued and made obedient to Christ Jesus- the Personal God & Lord/Master, as well as All in all of true Christians (Col. 3:23-25; II Cor. 10:5).
