In my battle to beat the devastating voice disorder ‘hyperfunctional dysphonia with Gastro-oesophageal reflux (acid reflux) I am now working with the NHS speech therapist. I went for my first solo session last week and after answering a few questions on when, where, why, what and how this problem started, we launch into the following voice tract relaxation exercises. The therapist explained each step clearly and concisely.
