Exercise The Spine Using Yoga Postures

One of the negative effects of gravity is the compression of the spinal column. There are disks that separate the vertebrae of the spine and are flexible enough to move back and forth and cushion the impact when we sit, stand, walk or jump. When the back becomes out of alignment or the disks are damaged the nerves can become irritated, cutting the flow of energy and weakening the connective tissues.
