I read this book last year and it said to me... you can fix fatigue by breathing this way. I suffer from fatigue so I was in. I also did lose a few pounds and still breathe a hundred deep breathes everyday. I must admit I feel great. There is a video of Pam Grout explaining her methods of breathing.
