He has illustrated it with easy-to-understand pencil drawings so we can understand what we are doing to our brains when we down that next diet Cola drink. Aspartame kills our brain cells. Another thing: Did you know a package of processed food can have very misleading words such as "natural flavor" or "seasoning" -- so you won't suspect you're about to eat MSG?
