Sugars - An Overview On Sugar

What is acknowledged as sugar is in actuality a crystalline carbohydrate that can be found along with extracted from a variety of organic forms. Fructose, sucrose and lactose are all sugars. They vary only from their source of collection. While not restricted to each group, fructose largely is sourced from milk while lactose plus sucrose are sourced from milk as well as plant life in that order.
