63The Streetcars of Toronto and the New Stretched Streetcar Bombardier Flexibility Outlook
Toronto, Canada has two types of streetcars in operation. Two door Canadian Light Rail Vehicle and the three door Articulated Light Rail Vehicle are the two versions of streetcars that can be seen. The new stretched streetcar is manufactured by Bombardier and is called the Bombardier Flexity Outlook. Toronto Transport Commission has ordered 204 Flexity Outlooks. The stretched streetcar is 30m long compared to 23m for Articulated Light Rail Vehicle and 15m for the Canadian Light Rail Vehicle.
