In 1986, I paid less attention to the Chernobyl incident than I should have. Now 26 years later, it scars me to death. It could happen again, at any time, in any country. As of March 30,2012, there are 436 nuclear power plants in operation with another 63 under construction. It is not a possibility that it could happen again, it is a probability.
