Bacteria in our water, bacteria in our ice. Food safety is an item of concern for everyone. Can you imagine dusty dirty ice water? Ever have a fountain drink and it just didn't taste right? Perhaps it was the ice. Mold grows in dark, confined places. Bacteria can be good for us or sometimes bad. We are learning about ammonia in beef and food poisoning. We have learned about corrosive piping and yes, ice is next.
