The sea extends in front of Zadar and there are nearly 300 islands in the area. It is surrounded by national parks, river canyons and caves, as well as many islands. Zadar is a city of culture, art and creativity. There are many galleries and museums to visit and the city is easy going, typical of the Meditterranean! A new Sea Organ was recently installed on the waterfront and that is attracting many tourists.
