Bubblews Guide: Tips to Reach Payout/Redemption Faster

Bubblews Introduction

In case you didn't know about Bubblews, it is a site that allows you speak and write freely. Well, not quite. Just don't include any pornography. Other than that, you are free to write whatever you want. Just make sure you follow the rules.

If you want to earn quickly in Bubblews, you will have to employ a few methods to make full use of their payment system. Since they pay you roughly 1 cent per unique view, like or dislike, the money can rack up quickly if you can get a nice surge of traffic there.

I am going to break down the article into several sections:

  • Using SEO to your advantage
  • Read-Like-Comment-Prosper
  • Usage of tags and mentioning other Bubblews members
  • Linking hubs to Bubblews

Using SEO and get Organic Traffic from Google

In case you didn't know, Bubblews has some serious SERP rankings. It ranks relatively high up there versus hubs. The best part is, you do not have to crank out 700 plus word articles to get your article featured on the website. All you need is to write at least 400 characters(not words). To be on the safe side, try to go with 500 characters. This is around 80 words. That isn't all that hard to write especially if you are a seasoned writer.

Just use basic SEO strategy. Include the keyword you want to rank for.and write a mini article on it. I have about at least 7 Bubblews posts there that are ranked in the first page of Google at the moment. However, I am not sure how long that will last because Google can be evil at times.

This strategy is earning me some small passive income per day without me writing much.

+Read-Like-Comment-Prosper

There is a guy named madmannart in Bubblews who got his post viral. He had an advice for all fellow Bubblews posters. The strategy is:

  • Like the post
  • Comment on it and leave some tags if appropriate
  • Prosper from your comments by getting connections

This guy has made over $200 a month there just by doing the above strategy. I am going to post his link here: Read-Vote-Comment-Prosper

When you leave a comment, make sure you try to stir up conversations. You could also start a conversation in a post that has no comments. The more insightful or good comments you leave, the better your chances of getting people to connect to you. Just make sure you don't connect to those that are asking to connect back.

This also gives you some connections a day, hence increasing your readership if you have useful posts there.

Usage of Tags and Mentioning Other Bubblews Members

Tags are extremely useful. They can be used to notify other users and also allow people to follow you.

To use or create tags, use a "+" in front of your desired tag. To tag 2 words or more, add a hyphen.

+Bananas

+Dragons-Are-Bimbos

When people click on your tags, they can find similar posts. Try to use related tags in your posts to increase the chances of people reading your post.

You can also mention people in your posts by using "&". If you would like to mention a Bubblews member's name, do it like this:

Let's use an artificial name for this example. "McLovin":

Today I saw &McLovin macking on some ladies at a fret party. He is such a ladies man.

When you use that, McLovin will be notified when he is on Bubblews. Isn't that cool? This strategy can land you some potential readers and connections when done right!

Link Hubs to Bubblews

If you have a popular hub that has a lot of traffic, just write a mini useful post and link it to Bubblews. That will get you a few extra views and perhaps potential readers. Better yet, if you have a blog, you can guest post and have a link to your Bubblews user panel.

I currently have not tried using Pinterest to drive traffic to Bubblews, but I will be doing a challenge to get traffic from there. This challenge will be documented in June 2013.

You're right about Google loving Bubblews; some of my posts get lots of traffic, more than I've gotten anywhere else; it made my payout come within a couple days. I'm McLovin' it!

Good tips here, they work and a good way to give people an idea how to use the site.

Nice Nate, hey btw I donno how to PM here on HubPages, but would you be interested in contributing a guest post on any sort of Bubblews guide? I am looking for a guest post on your personal experience with Bubblews. You can of course link to your blog/website if you have one.

thank you. I am going to try bubblews since you mentioned the tips. I have read some reviews that the payment is always on hold. Is it true? I prefer payments like HP. Can I write the same hub title but different contents at bubblews?

Yea, actually my 2nd payment hasn't been paid or heard since June 8th. I might have broken the rule without knowing.

Anyway, I still use it for back linking and also testing the search engine results.

Don't be discouraged though, Nathan B, our fellow hubber is always paid on time! :D

Hello, I am the person with the vial post you mention above, the post is this one ..... www.bubblews.com/news/506965-100-bucks-in-less-than-2-weeks-on-bubblewscom-read-vote-comment-prosper

She speaks the truth, Bubblews does pay you!

They had some glitches in June, I lost a payment or two into thin air myself. No biggie, they are back on track & paying in about 72 hrs, s on today's date..

Ah Karl, thanks for stopping by and confirming some doubts. I personally don't get paid there anymore but its good to know they pay people that follow the rules. :D

Maybe you should build a new account, their memory isn't that long. Delete your old account if you haven't, and make a new one with a different user name. They only allow you one account at a time, so only make one. When they "fire" you, they fire the user account, not the person...

I have seen a person or two do exactly that...

Karl Bivens profile image

UPDATE: Less than 24 hrs ago, I was indeed a top writer for bubblews.com

They have found a way to fire me, and snatch away my account and earnings....

Truth be told, they KEPT as much money from my earnings, as they ever gave to me...

so if you cut my apparent earnings in half, that is what the AVERAGE person ends up with...

Half of what is promissed and earned..

As long as you know this going in,

you will be fine, until they find a way to screw you also..

About HALF of what they really have coming..

So there it is from the #1 writer from their staff!

These folks are indeed ruthless...

Watch out!

How exactly did your articles get ranked onto to Google?

You just target the keywords you want to rank for.

I'd love to know if you guys are still on Bubblews these days and your perspectives now.

I don't post there very much anymore. They lowered the pay so earnings are very slow, plus they haven't paid me a few times. Consequently, I lost a lot of motivation to write there. Basically, at the rate I'm earning there now I'd only be able to get paid every six months. I can get better returns elsewhere.

Thanks for taking the time out to reply NateB11. I share similar sentiments as a newbie, but am also feeling jaded here on HubPages.

Hi Keisha, starting your own blog/website is the best way to go. More security and the ability to scale too!

Hubpages is just for leisure writing, supplemental income and traffic!
