Create your own iPhone, Android applications, no coding required!

Updated on June 19, 2013

It would be a dream of every iPhone lover to develop their own iPhone App, what if you can do it without a single line of code, even without installing a single tool on your computer? It is awesome, isn’t it? Appmakr.com helps us to achieve this (Appmakr also help to build Android and Windows mobile applications in the same way )

There are many web sites out there offering easy development of iPhone App services. Appmakr.com is one of such free (some extent) service and claims they can help you to make your application easily and fast by using "point and click" solution. Certainly that is almost true, and I found their iPhone App development process was easy and efficient.

The Appmakr.com helps you to create iPhone application, which is based on HTML and RSS. If you would like to develop an application based on web (weather applications, GPS, order pizza, chat etc.) this is the best place. Or if you want to make an RSS application for your website, you can do that without a single line of code.

Appmakr will guide you step by step till the completion of your application development and even help you to submit your application to Apple's App store. Off-course you need a developer account with Apple ($99 expense).

Developing your application seems remarkably easy with AppMakr. Different options let you chose your desired settings for your applications such as App Icon, App Splash Screen etc. Once you customize all settings according to your desire, you can build and publish your iPhone App. Each setting, which servers as a building block of iPhone app, categorized as:

Art
Let you set App name, App icon and App splash screen. You have an option to select the icon or image either from your local system, from a URL or by doing a search.

Tabs
Let you chose different types of tabs for your application and make the corresponding settings. Examples are RSS tab, Photo album, Ning etc. Here also you have the option to search for a feed and add it to the tab.

Customize
Let you choose the appearance of the application such as color, header image, sharing options (Facebook, twitter etc.)

Notification
Push notification settings, paid service, first 100 notifications are free.

App Info
Let you set the application title, description, website etc.

Monetize
You can choose any available ad serving platform (admob, medialets etc.) here, which will show ads on your application and earn you some cash.

Publish
Finally, this option will let you publish your application to App store. This section will also shows AQI – Apple Quality Index which will show how likely apple will reject or accept your application.

Aside from iPhone App, the service also lets you build Android (beta) and Windows phone applications.

This service may not be a great platform for a full fledged iPhone app development, however this would be a good option for beginners. I have created a HubPages iPhone App for testing purpose, which is available here. You may checkout this or try to create one yourself and see how easy it would be.
