Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook 16GB SSD Available

Dell recently introduced their Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook. There are three versions – each with slightly different features. The prices are nearly as small as they are with the high end version selling for $500 - $650.

The Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbooks are lightweight (2.3lbs.) so they are easily carried wherever you’d want to go. I believe that these little Netbooks are designed for those that want to stay connected on the go. Bloggers, photographers as well as social butterflies can enjoy staying in touch online anywhere there is an internet connection (Bluetooth or WiFi) available.

There is no shortage of ports on the Dell Mini 9 Netbook.

What does each Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook have in common with their siblings?

  • · Atom Processor
  • · 8.9” LCD display
  • · Intel Graphics video
  • · Wireless Networking
  • · 4 Cell Batteries
  • · USB 2.0 – 3 ports
  • · Integrated 10/100 LAN
  • · VGA Video – 15 pin
  • · Audio Jacks – 1-line in and 1 mic-in
  • · Media Card Reader – 3-in-1

One major advantage of having a Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook versus a typical laptop is the time of boot up. The SSD drive is very fast. Other advantages include less heat and stability of the hard drive.

There are several accessories that can dress up a Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook. There are cases w/handles, there are Netbook sleeves and there are a wide variety of skins avai

Skins are fun because they customize your Mini 9 Netbook making it different than any other around. If you decide to change the look just buy another skin. There is no residue left behind. These skins not only cover the outside of the Mini 9 but there are also skins that fit around the LCD and the keyboard.

What are the differences between the three Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbooks?

  • · Operating systems – Ubuntu or Windows XP Home Edition
  • · Memory – 512 MB or 1GB
  • · Hard Drive – 4GB SSD, 8GB SSD or 16GB SSD
  • · Color – Obsidian Black or White
  • · Integrated Web Cam - .03MP or 1.3MP

The Mini 9 is hard to resist. I’d love to have one to carry with me everyday and on trips.

Thank you for reading my hub! I agree with you - and I like the Mini9 best of all Dell Netbooks.
