Error 130:3 Message When You Try To Run PhotoShop or Dreamweaver
You may see the following message when trying to run Adobe software:
This product has has encountered a problem which requires that you restart your computer before it can be launched.
If you continue to see this message after restarting your computer, please contact either your IT administrator or Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
Your Adobe Software has a Licensing Issue
Error 130:3 indicates that your Adobe software is unable to verify that you are running a correctly licensed version of the software.
If restarting your computer does not help, you may want to try using Windows System Restore to roll back to a time when the software was working correctly.
If running System Restore is not an option, or does not help, try uninstalling the software, rebooting your computer, and then reinstalling the software.
If reinstallation of the software does not solve your error, you need to contact Adobe support using the link above, and request their assistance.
