A mood chart on facebook is a chart that contains information about how you are feeling just by saying how many hours of sleep you get each night, and if you take any medicine. Most people may use mood charts in order to find out about any problems that they may have and it is also said that it's a better way to discover what your mood swings are the mood chart may also be a great help for your doctor to help fight any bipolar disorders that a person may have. The mood chart can also help you know more about your own mood signs and mood cycles as well.

How to know more about your mood swings

  1. Start a journal- If you want to get to know more about the moods that you feel everyday then i recommend for you to keep a journal where you can put in your thoughts and express yourself this is one of the things that I do and I actually like it because I get to lern more about myself as a person and how my life has been.
  2. You can also use a calendar- If you are not in the mood for writing a lot you can just use one of your favorite calendars to write down only the important things that bother you or an event that you are expecting it can be about anything. Since the squares for each day on the calendar are short and its not the same as in a journal only write down the levels of stress, any emotions of depression or again any medicine that might be taken.
  3. Write down your sleeping patterns- record that each night and also any feelings of sleepness or crankiness that makes you want to go to sleep. Do this before you go to sleep and then right after you wake up doing this will help you see if your emotions are affecting your patterns of sleep.
  4. Write down your monthly numbers- When the end of the month hits it's time to jot down the numbers of your weight and also any exaggerating fluctuations in addition those will be the results that you get.
  5. Keep in touch with your progress- The final thing you should do is chart your mood so that way you will somehow know when the sleepiness comes with the substances of daily stress that might be the reason for your depressing moods.

Something to remember is that mood charts help a person in preventing any biopolar disease to hit.
