How To Make Cool Powerpoint Presentations

Hi! It's me, Gaming guy! Today I'm going to show you how to make cool powerpoint presentations. New, I'm no expert, but I'll show you some pretty cool stuff.

First of all, you need to know that I'm using version 11.2.

Alright, now here's what I have in the very start...

Now just click in those boxes and type in your title and/or any subtitle. Mine is going to be this... (for italic letters press comand I)

Now, say I don't want this font, or style of letter, which I don't, so go to the right of the screen and there should be something like this... If you don't have this palette, then click on view on the top of the screen, and click on Formatting Palette.

The Formatting Palette
The Formatting Palette

See right to the right of this, where it says Font? You can click on that and change the font if you like. See how it also says color? you can click on that little arrow and chose a color for your text, also.

Also, see to the right of me? It says change slides. You can click on one of those pictures to add a cool background to your presentation. ( see how it has automaticly chosen the white background? )

This is what my presentation looks like right now...

Adding More Slides

At the top of the screen there is the 'Insert' button, click on that then click on the top button that says 'new slide'.

After You Have All The Slides You Want...

You can highlight a word,(by clicking and holding and dragging your mouse over a word) then go to that insert button and make the word animated, add sound to the word, and just explore and see what Powerpoint can do!
