Update on Online Goals for March
Guess who was over 6,000 followers as of date? Meee!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my Twitter followers yesterday! "Is this for real?", I thought. Thankfully, it was!
I really didn't believe at first that I just doubled my Twitter followers. I thought maybe my online goal for March was to get 10,000 Twitter followers, not 5,000. So I went back to this Hub to confirm what I really declared to the Hubbing (and online) community. True enough, it was to gain 5,000 Twitter followers. And now, I got that... and more!
Here's a summary of my online goals for March:
- Twitter followers: 5,000 (done)
- Pinterest: 1,000
- Cooking Like a Pro Facebook Fanpage: 5,000
- Total earnings for the month: $50.00
- Total hubs written: 10 hubs (start point is 64 hubs)
- Page views per day: 500 views
As for the rest, err... let's just say I'm working on it.
It wasn't Magic!
Of course, it was not.
I have been blabbing about the Law of Attraction for a while now. (You'll read several of my hubs discussing this topic). This new milestone with my Twitter account is yet another proof that "like attracts like". I decided it was time to level up on Twitter. And just as I suspect it to happen, it did.
Everything that I attract in my life, including this small feat in Twitter, is not just a product of prospective thinking. Believe it or not, there is also work involved. To me however, work isn't about stressing out to achieve a goal. It is rather enjoying the goodness of a goal as if it were already achieved.
I don't know exactly how I doubled my Twitter followers. After declaring my online goals for March, I went on with my daily works as usual. As always, I was thankful every day for the small blessings I receive; and hoped for more to come. All the while, I wasn't aware that my followers were already starting to pile up!
When you enjoy what you do, you'll be more aware of opportunities that surround you which can help you achieve your goals - faster. If, while you are reading this hub, you suddenly thought of an amazing idea on how to finish a project, increase your income or suddenly had the urge to call someone or do something; do it. (Well, write it down first.) It may lead you to something really good.
This goal-setting project, was in fact, an inspired idea from one of the Hubs I read a few weeks back. (Sorry, I forgot to take note of your name. I will update this Hub once I recall it; and to give you credit for this marvelous idea!) Because of these goals, I am more thankful and aware of the blessings I receive from my online work. Now, I am off to accomplishing the other goals above.
I am glad to have goals to hit
I am truly grateful to have these online goals. Normally, I would just do my work and not realize what I have done, accomplished and earned in a given month. Now, I have targets to accomplish which makes it more fun and exciting to work online.
