Why my hub is not listed in search engines?

I couldn't find my hub in Google or yahoo. I even tried with keywords or the whole phrases. Still it is not there. Why is that?

    Hi Vishaaa
It would help if you show me the Hub that you are talking about, so i can take a look at it and tell you in less than 1 minute if there is some problem.

Also, how you know that your result is not in search engines data bases? Maybe it is, but not always in the first 100 pages.

If you use some regular words like "love" and "internet" or fashion words like "facebook", then remember that there are hundreds of thousands of people writing about and using these key words.

Try to use some logic expression or phrase like "rules about something" or "the river on my city in my country" in your keywords and not only simple words, and use the same expressions in your Headers "H1, H2"

If you like, follow me and i will answer to your questions.

May be your hub is in search engines but its not listed on first 10 pages of google thats why you are not able to see it.
Paste the link of your hub in google and then yo can see it,

I do not think I have ever seen any of my hubs rank that high in the search engines. I have heard it helps to share your hubs on all the social sites like digg, stumble, etc.

The way to find your hub in google is to do a search using the site operator as follows
    site:"your hubs url here"
(if you don't understand how this works I've written a hub a while ago named how to find what you want in google check it out you will find it useful).

My guess is however that your url is in Google but it is just not ranking. To make a hub rank for a keyword you need to include the keyword often in the hub. And you need to create backlinks for that hub. These techniques are called SEO and there is a lot of information right here in hubpages which you can read, in fact I've written a few of them myself explaining SEO for  hubpages.
