I think that would be an excellent idea; it should not be too difficult either. The time could be sent directly from a computer by Bluetooth and received by a simple Bluetooth receiver.
The challenge would be to convert the received signal to a signal to reset the clock. If the clock was electronic, then a relatively simple interface could be made; but it would be a little more challenging for mechanical clocks that do not provide electronic feedback of the time.
One could envisage a grandfather clock being reset by a set of electric motors that moved the hands round with a set of electrical contacts on the clock face to provide feedback on the set time.
Still, in principle, yes - a great idea.
