Can anyone suggest a good free blogging site?

My hubs tend to be spiritual. Because of the recent quality standard changes on HubPages I have experienced dramatic quality score deflation.  I'm looking for a blog site that goes easy on the Adsense user, if I can help it.  Any suggestions?  What is the ease of use for your suggestion?

Create your own blog on blogger, although a lot of people like the paid wordpress.  I use blogger and weebly without adsense.

Ditto on blogger, it is easy to use and has better visibility because it is a Google product.

The Free Word Press is restrictive, and they will shut down your account without any explanation in a heartbeat.

The most popular free blogging sites are undoubtedly wordpress and blogger. However, if you would like to use adsense you will not be able to use wordpress for free. Also, while blogger is very easy to use, google friendly and allows adsense ads to be displayed very easy, you still have to comply with adsense policies like having a privacy policy, which to my opinion may not contain ads as while writing your privacy policy you may end up repeating few things that many others have written. Result: Your blog may be penalised for duplicate content and at the same time your adsense account may be endangered. However, if you are well conversant with codes you may well make a different page on your blog for your privacy policy.

I would like to suggest my favourite: weebly.

You may create free website or blogs very easily. You may have different page layout for each page. You may use adsense easily. There is already a widget for that. However, as a free user you will have to share 50% of adsense revenue earned on weebly site with them (this does not affect revenue you earn from adsense on other sites). You have the option to upgrade and keep all your 100% revenue.
You may learn more about earning on weebly from the following hub:

Reminder: The free wordpress does not allow you to use affiliate links, or links back to your other articles to HP etc.

I use blogger blog and it works good for me. You can easily insert adsense and keep 100% revenue.

I would recommend using one of the popular website builders. Most of them allow using your own scripts. Perfect choice for newbies, since everything 'inside' can be edited in the WYSIWYG mode. Some of these are: uCoz, Wix, Weebly etc.
