Delete all .log and .chk files in the ExchSrvr\Mdbdata folder on the server. Additionally, if the Temp.edb file exists in the ExchSrvr\Mdbdata folder, delete it.
Start the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service to ensure that the databases are working. After confirming Exchange Information Store service successful initiation, stop the Exchange Information Store service.
Defragment the database that you just repaired.
Use the Isinteg.exe command-line tool to repair Pub.edb and Priv.edb.
Try to start the information store database.
