I'm on 7 and happy with it. Have not tried it, but isn't 8 designed for mobile and touch screens?
I have a desktop and Windows 7 but it seems that I am getting urged to update to 8 by security system. Before I do I wanted to be sure that it did not have anything which I was not aware of. It seems to be faster than 7, have less memory, quicker on/off, less battery - anything worse than 7?
Windows 7 bc that is what my computer was set up with. I don't use IE for browser though.

So far, I like what I have seen and heard about the new Windows 7. But what do you think? Is it worth all the hype?I thought that I would like XP, but I don't. Will Windows 7 be the cure?
