Creating Comment Guidelines

    Hello Hubpages, it has been a while since I logged in here...
    Anyway.. I just wanted to ask some Social Media Experts here, you know, I'm having a hard-time creating a "flowchart" or a process flow in replying comments in a particular Facebook Page that I manage. This is not the same as a "fun" / community page, where I reply or comment with no hesitation of leaking any confidental content. Though, I wanted to grab some user engagements within the users that liked the page.

    This page is about a company, that I've been working on is celebrating its 65 years, now my problem is I can't reply to comments unless it is approved by the company. It's an event page by the way.

    So, to lessen the hassle of passing hard-copy or e-mailing any "what-should-I-do-with-this-comment?" to my boss everytime, and not to annoy them, I decided to propose a process flow of how I evaluate a comment on a particular post and what should I reply. Hence, I'm asking everyone here with this experience to share some thoughts with this topic.

    What question should put on the flowchart?
    What should I answer?
    What should I avoid?
