depending on your needs, apple laptops are well worth the money. The overall quality of apple products are known to be worth the price being asked. Some people are better off with PC's in general as most apple laptop users have either specialised uses (like video and music production) or are just fans of apple.
Because this is a yes or no question, my answer is yes!
laBtops usually are not worth the money. laPtops are, though.
But can't comment on Apple, looks like overpriced crap for me.
Since they banned lead in laBtops, Macs are just as shitty as PCs:
I personally prefer Macbook over Windows based laptops. They are more durable when it comes to software, less viruses, and macs have superior components compared to windows machines that are made by thousands of merchants that use various parts.
