When I tried to go to socialmarker, it said the server was not found. I need to send some backlinks using this. Not sure if the site is having problems, or if it pertains to me alone. Does anyone else use this site? If so are you having problems?

I'm having a terrible problems with IE. Every website I try to go on something else pops up most are ads it will not go on the sites not even on Hubpages. Anyone else having this problem?
