Robotic, less workers, but workers in place to support the machines. More of a Technical approach to the Building of products away from the hand over hand assembly lines.
more demands on less people and companies not staying with employees past the 10 year vested point, not wanting to be tied up in big retirment accounts, medical expenses for Older workers, etc...
a high speed pace with a lot of multi-tasking. Catering to a Young work force. Until it ages that is!
an age of non union workers at full speed, Company rights over people.
and wages not that much increased.
we are subject to world demand now and treaties that limit the amounts of goods and services...our new worl order as they say!
