my computer has physical drive malware,,how can i remove it?
Or you can visit the official Microsoft web site at http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/. The tool on this microsoft web site will help you check your hard drive for any Malware or Hardware and Software problem you might have and automatically fix it for you.

Install an antimalware program like (MalwareBytes)update it and then use it to scan your physical drive for Malwares.
(MalwareBytes) and (Comodo Internet Security) are both awesome free programs to keep your computer safe! I use them both.
