While searching on search engine we see ten website at the first page. What are the basis of showing ten site on the first page over the millions of websites? What are the search engine ranking factors?
Because so many website owners would "game" the system if they knew exactly how the search engines decided on the highest ranking pages, Google never reveals its algorithm - and often does big or small changes to the search algorithm to make it better.
What we do know is that a combination of keywords, good title, url and tags choice, backlinks, site authority, page rank and LSI decide what pages get displayed highest.
