How to Uninstall NexDef on Mac or PC
MLB NexDef Autobahn: Not a Virus, Not a Trojan, Just a Plugin
When my Mac slowed down, I checked the Activity Monitor and found a strange process hogging more real memory than any other program besides Firefox and the Mac OS X.
What IS "MLBNexDefAutobahn"? It's a plugin we forgot we downloaded when we subscribed to MLB.tv. It runs all the time, even when your browser isn't open.
If you're on a Mac and want to start and stop it so it only runs while you're watching a game, open the [Unix] Terminal in the Utilities folder, then follow the directions here: Controlling MLB Nexdef on Mac OS X. I haven't found any such hack for PC.
If you want to uninstall the NexDef plugin, read on!
Disclaimer: The author of this page is not an MLB or Autobahn representative or a computer expert. I am just a frustrated customer who wants this thing off my computer. I adapted instructions from MLB.tv's well-hidden FAQ and tested it for Mac OS X. Use at your own risk (although as far as I know, this works).

For More Help, Contact Autobahn?
But since you won't be able to find them, good luck.
While trying to identify this unfamiliar thingie on my computer, I found a lot of unhappy people reporting problems with NexDef on various user forums. I traced this plugin back to a company named Autobahn, a site whose domain name has expired, and I can no longer find a trace of this company online.

One of the dashboard widgets I use most is sticky notes. We've had stickies since early, early Macs; a lot of people forget to use them now.

Here's the old-fashioned way of using HTML and CSS codes to tile graphics side-by-side on a webpage. Handy for photo galleries, strips of buttons, or other kinds of images arranged in a grid.
