Daimler’s company later merged with Karl Benz’s company to form the legendary Daimler-Benz AG, the company that created the Mercedes B enz vehicles. For many, the name Mercedes Benz is synonymous with quality. The prestige that the German car maker carries is not matched by many brands. For loyal customers, simply driving a car with the famous Mercedes Benz logo is enough to justify the expense of the cars. But it all goes back to Gottlieb Daimler and his Mercedes.
