Architects have sometimes been referred to as a combination of artist, dreamer, engineer, and business person. All of these skills are necessary at various times. Perhaps the most famous architect of all time isn’t known by most people for his architecture. Leonardo da Vinci was, among many things, an architect. Some of the most famous names known for their work in architecture include Frank Lloyd Wright, I.M. Pei, and Frank Gehry.
