Neuropsychology is commonly used to evaluate and diagnosis conditions such as Epilepsy, Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Asperger’s syndrome, and disorders of speech and language. Neuropsychology is used in older patients as well to diagnose conditions such as chemical abuse, Stroke, or dementia. Neuropsychology evaluations and tests are not only useful as an initial diagnostic tool; they are also used throughout the treatment process to indicate levels of improvement.
