Many films from the United Kingdom find their way into American movie theaters. In addition to the often excellent quality, the common language makes them easily digestible for Americans. Other countries such as France and Spain are near the top of any list of quality world cinema. Some countries that, perhaps surprisingly to many Americans, often produce some of the best world cinema include Australia, China, and India.
