As people get older, they sometimes find it amusing (or disturbing) that the rock music of their youth is now being played on classic rock radio stations. Others including The Doors and Jefferson Airplane were also an important part of rock music. Bands that came a little later such as The Eagles and Boston also have their place in the list of classic rock music. There are a number of movies that feature many of the bands and music from the classic rock era. The movie Almost Famous offers an enjoyable look at the music and culture of the1970’s that lovers of classic rock are sure to enjoy.
