There are parts of the world where eating meat for breakfast would be considered crazy. The United States is not one of those places; we love our breakfast meat. We enjoy meat for breakfast so much that we have actually expanded the selection of meats we eat for breakfast. There was a time when breakfast meat would be limited to pork products … Keep Reading → such as bacon and sausage. Today it is common to have various kinds of turkey and chicken products as well. In fact, many of the traditional pork products such as bacon and sausage are now made using the poultry products as substitutes. We still get our breakfast meat, but it’s healthier. Some people even enjoy eating fish such as salmon as part of breakfast. In Paris breakfast may be a croissant and a coffee, but in the U.S. we like our breakfast meats.
