Ingredients such as diced meat, vegetables, and noodles are then added to the stock to make the chicken soup that so many of us enjoy. Stocks aren’t just for soup though. They are often used to enhance the flavor of many other dishes that are prepared. Stocks are also used as the base for many different types of sauces.
