Ideally we would like a quick and nutritious breakfast solution and fortunately there are a few. One great choice is some of the instant breakfast packets. They can be very nutritious, but make sure you don’t pick one that is all sugar (unless that’s what you want). There are also microwaveable dishes that contain eggs and protein sources such as chicken or ham. These can be quick and good. Even pancakes can be made quickly with an instant recipe such as Bisquick. Just because we don’t have much time doesn’t mean we can’t eat well.
