Filipinos are very proud of their versions of classic dishes from other countries. Many will swear that the best Paella in the world comes from the Philippines. Perhaps the most famous of the Filipino dishes is the Adobo, which is made with either chicken or pork. Filipino cuisine tends to not be very spicy, but rather full flavored with sweet and sometimes even sour flavors.
