Most meals will also feature a type of soup as well. Lemon grass and lime are common seasonings that are used in the recipes. Peanuts are another ingredient that is commonly used. Those with allergies to nuts should be careful when eating Vietnamese cuisine and always ask if nuts were used. Vietnamese cuisine is considered to be very healthy.
