Some of the interior areas focus almost entirely on different meats while the coastal areas typically offer some amazing seafood options. Each region has its own particular style of cooking as well. What they all have in common is a passion for food and cuisine that reflects that passion. Spain has an impressive food tradition in its own right. Similar to Italy, the type of food is very much based on the region of its origin. One hallmark of the Spanish style is the large stews and food combinations that are often showcased in colorful and elaborate presentations. Perhaps the most famous example of this is the classic Paella.
