Other caves though are more spacious sites which may contain elements which are historically significant, or at the very least, interesting and fun. Cities such as Paris and Rome regularly offer tours of underground areas that provide a glimpse into the history of those cities. Whether you view caving as a physical test or a tourist activity there will be places that provide the experience you are looking for. Just don’t go if you’re claustrophobic.
