One reason many people prefer it to paintball is the fact that there is nothing actually being shot. Laser tag uses infrared light to “hit” the target. Still, the sport is based on violence and that does bother some people. Fans argue that the violence is more like cartoon violence because no one actually gets hurt. However one feels about laser tag, chances are that the futuristic looking suits and guns are here to stay.
