Amazon.com is another excellent resource as well. When it comes time to purchase a drive take a look at Amazon.com and Newegg.com. Both offer good prices and will also have consumer review that may provide useful information. For simple storage needs, consider a portable flash drive instead of a large disk drive. They can hold large amounts of storage in an incredibly small size.
