Apple just seems to be able to sense what consumers want. The iPad hits the “sweet spot” between a full sized laptop computer and an old fashioned PDA. It has all of the functionality of the iPod touch such as music, calendar, internet, and tons of other apps and functionality. It also has a big beautiful screen and a simple to use interface. Most importantly, it has the Apple name on it. That always seems to be good for a product.
