If there isn’t one in your town, … Keep Reading → chances are that there is one within a short drive. Two of the more popular nationwide chains are Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. Another national chain that offers some excellent healthy choices is Trader Joe’s. Trader Joe’s offers organic produce like some other markets but they are best known for the tremendous selection of the highest quality frozen foods. Forget your notion of old T.V. dinners when you go to Trader Joe’s. There are delicious foods with organic and other healthy ingredients. Perhaps because of the competition from the excellent markets, some of our local supermarkets have gone “green” with more of their offerings as well. It all adds up to better choices for us.
